Gather:
2 pears (I peeled mine as they were not organic)
2 stalks celery
1/2 cup parsley
Lime wedge (peeled)
1" piece of ginger
1 kale leaf
1/2 cucumber (peeled if not organic)
Stems from 1 bunch of kale (I'm making kale chips - yum!)
Juice & enjoy!
